Trinidad and Tobago 7-Day Travel Itinerary (Markdown Format)

Day 1: Arrival in Port of Spain

  • 🏙 Explore downtown Port of Spain. Visit the Red House (Parliament Building), Queen’s Park Savannah, and the Royal Botanical Gardens.

  • Things to Know: Trinidad Time (TT) is four hours behind Eastern Standard Time (EST). English is the official language, but you’ll also hear a Creole dialect called Trinidadian English.

Day 2: Explore Port of Spain
