Venice, Italy: A 5-Day Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival & St. Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco)

  • Arrival: Fly into Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) or Treviso Airport (TSF), then take a water bus (vaporetto) to your accommodation.
  • Accommodation: Choose a hotel in the historic center for easy access, such as Hotel Danieli or Hotel Rialto.
  • Lunch: Grab a quick bite at Al Mercato or Osteria alle Botteghe di San Marco.
  • Afternoon: Visit Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale) and the adjacent Bridge of Sighs. Explore St. Mark’s Basilica (Basilica di San Marco).
